LF: Gen 3 Move Tutor/Bred Chansey with Seismic Toss (Gen 4) // FT: Legit Shinies, Foreign Ditto, Pokérus, Items

Hi, I am looking for a competitive Chansey (preferably Bold nature with good IVs) that knows Seismic Toss in Gen 4. I am using the Wiimmfi / Kaeru WFC custom DNS server (178.62.43.212) to connect and trade.

Since it is a 3rd-gen exclusive move in Gen 4, I need a Chansey that was either bred or tutored in Emerald or FRLG and transferred via Pal Park. Perfectly legal RNGed or PKHeXed creations are totally fine with me.
