DNS and Search Domain are set to Open VPN (but i didnt change them and no VPN is active)

As it says – these settings seem stuck – i cant get rid of them.

I also dont have a VPN active currently (i use PIA sometimes when i need to use my other Reddit accounts that i dont want assosciated with this one for one reason or another, but only when im actively using them).

Even when it DO have it on, i have the split tunnel set so that ONLY the browser(s) in question use the VPN, all other traffic (regular browser, everything else) should ignore the VPN.

Anyone have any idea what is going on here?

My DNS settings SHOULD be set through my router; i only noticed because i was having trouble updating an iPad (Finder kept telling me it couldnt download the update because i "wasnt connected to the Internet" even though im obviously having no issues connecting.
