Is this even worth sending in?

Hello, i opened my first ever 2 boxes of digimon and got some really cool looking cards!

however alot of them came with white on corners and edges – the front on this card is flawless even used a microscope on it no print lines or scratches, though im not sure how to measure centering on this card. the back looks really good except for the photos.

*top right actually has nothing wrong its a weird glare*

was wondering how PSA handles this.
