Nvidia app cant connect to my account

Hello everyone, I’m trying one more time: I can't log into my NVIDIA account through the NVIDIA app. I just bought a new RTX 5080 that came with the game Control Resonant as a bundle, and I still can't redeem the game because the app refuses to log me in. I've already submitted a support ticket to NVIDIA, and none of their suggestions worked (reinstalling, rebooting, disabling/modifying IPv6, switching browsers, going into Windows services.msc to restart all local NVIDIA display services, etc.). I'm completely out of options, do you guys know what to do? Thanks! I’ve been pulling my hair out over this for days xD. An IT guy even told me that the problem was just the NVIDIA link itself, but I saw that months ago, someone managed to fix the exact same issue with steps that I tried but didn't work for me. I'll send an Interac e-Transfer to anyone who can get me out of this mess, thanks! 🫠
