Just started yesterday. Not sure what is going on, but some sites like Youtube, Google web search, and more work perfectly fine. Discord, Reddit, and Amazon, all seem to take 10 seconds to connect and then run really slowly. Issue is solved when connected to a VPN.
I've tried changing the DNS server in Windows 11 settings from Auto to Manual, both 1.1.1.1 for cloudfare and 8.8.8.8 for Google. Neither fixed the issue. Wondering what to try next.
Edit: Issue also occurs on my phone as well so I'm assuming it's something router / outside rather than internal issues
