Something on my network is trying to do a dns lookup – the client ip is 169.254.*

I run pihole on my network and every now and then I get a Pihole Diagnostic message (DNSMASQ_WARN) that reads

ignoring query from non-local network 169.254.136.10 (logged only once) 

Is there a way for me to figure out what this is? I assume it is wireless, as I know what my wired clients are (I think).
