got the email saying New DNA Results Posted from FTDNA today, and my order history shows Completed. Except I have no matches at any of the marker levels, and my haplogroup is "still pending". I had been in contact last month and just today with support asking about the status. They said that a few markers had "inconclusive" results and they had to rerun them and that results would be posted once those few inconclusive markers were rerun. Has anyone heard of/seen this happen?
