Transfer abyss update

I finally get an email saying that godaddy now has my domain. So I sign on to update payment (like they ask) using the customer # they gave me. I still see no domains listed. But… now when I go to Whois I do actually see godaddy listed there for my domain. Does anyone feel like maybe they've created yet a third account for me and I'm still signing onto the second one they gave me? Or am I missing something else entirely? I'm loath to sit thru another two hour chat…
