Minecraft Marketplace on PS4 stuck loading forever for 4 days (purchased content won’t download)

I'm having a very strange issue with Minecraft Bedrock on PS4, and I've already tried almost everything.

About 4 days ago, the Marketplace became extremely slow. The store opens, but many sections load forever (images, related content, and even the download/purchase area).

I bought the Action & Stuff pack on my Android phone using the exact same Microsoft account linked to my PlayStation. On my phone it correctly says "You own this item", but on PS4 it never downloads because the Marketplace never finishes loading.

This isn't only happening with that pack. The entire Marketplace is affected, including the Marketplace menus inside Minecraft worlds.

Here's everything I've already tried:

Completely reinstalling Minecraft. Clearing cache and saved data. Signing out and back into my Microsoft account. Restoring PlayStation licenses twice. Fully powering off the console (including unplugging it). Testing both Wi-Fi and Ethernet. Changing DNS servers. Waiting several days.

Nothing has fixed it.

My internet connection is working normally (around 300 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload), and every other online game works fine.

The same Microsoft account works perfectly on Android, so it doesn't seem to be a purchase or account issue.

I also contacted Minecraft Support, but they only suggested basic troubleshooting steps that I had already completed.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any known fix, or could this be a PlayStation-specific Marketplace issue?
