Hey everyone,
I’ve been hit with a game-breaking issue where I literally cannot join any Roblox experience on my primary account. Clicking "Play" just triggers an infinite "Joining Server" / "Loading" modal that never connects and eventually times out.
Here is what I have isolated so far:
Cross-Device: Same thing happens on my Windows PC and iPhone (iOS).
Cross-Network: Fails on Home Wi-Fi, Mobile Data (4G/5G), and through a VPN.
Cross-Account: My alt account works completely fine on the exact same devices and networks. This proves it is NOT an IP/ISP block or a local system issue, but a backend session deadlock/handshake failure tied specifically to my main account.
Troubleshooting done:
Reinstalled clients on both PC and iOS.
Cleared %localappdata%\Roblox and app caches.
Ran netsh winsock reset and ipconfig /flushdns.
Logged out of all active sessions via Security settings.
Changed DNS servers (Cloudflare/Google).
I submitted a ticket to Roblox Support detailing all of this, but I'm trapped in a bot loop. First, "Fayra" sent me generic basic questions, and when I answered them line-by-line, another bot just told me to run ipconfig /flushdns on Windows (completely ignoring that the issue reproduces on iOS over cellular data, while my alt account works fine).
Has anyone dealt with a stuck backend session state like this before? How long does it usually take to break through the bot wall and reach a human Tier 2 support rep? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
