Wifi can’t used by phone.

Hello everyone. This is strangest thing happened to me so far. 2 days ago I changed my dns address in my laptop1(which is connected through ethernet). Since then I can't connect my phone to wifi. It connects without internet. I disabled dns, flushed dns, reset laptop1, reset modem and it still doesn't connect wifi to my phone. I connected to wifi with my friend's laptop(which is laptop2) and there is no problem at all. The more interesting thing is this, when I use internet(like watching YouTube video) in laptop2, my phone also can use wifi. But whenever I close the laptop2, my phone lose the wifi again. I couldn't solve it with Gemini. Thanks everyone in advance.
