wifi and phone hacked idk where to begin 😭

BEFORE I SAY ANYTHING, I JUST WANNA SAY I UNDERSTAND THAT NOBODY CAN HELP ME GET BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT SO I DON'T EXPECT ANYBODY TO WORK FOR ME OR DO ANYTHING FOR ME, BUT I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE ANY AND ALL HELP THAT I COULD GET BECAUSE I'M LITERALLY AT A LOSS I FEEL LIKE I'VE BEEN DISCONNECTED FROM THE WORLD AND I CANNOT STOP CRYING AND AT THIS POINT I'M CONCERNED FOR MY KIDS BECAUSE THEY WERE HERE ALL WEEKEND AND THEY WERE CONNECTED TO MY NETWORK. all started when I signed onto my Aunt's Wi-Fi last week….after I got home, I noticed my Wi-Fi had been acting weird and all the apps on my TV were messed with and stuff was deleted etc.
then I looked on my phone and noticed that now my Apple/icloud account is gray at the top of my phone, so I can't get into it. I can't even find the "Mail app" that is linked to my iCloud account……Also my App Store is nowhere to be found on my phone there's a bunch of weird apps and a satellite app i've never seen!!

NOW Safari is completely shut down to the point where I can't even get on the Internet to ANY WEBSITE AT ALL unless it's supposedly "apple.com" but obviously somebody messed with the IP address and it's a fake apple site(i'm assuming) I can totally tell it has me try to log in multiple times and does nothing…..😭
I don't know what to do or where to begin because now all my passwords are fucked i'm assuming and it's connected to all my accounts. I've been crying for a day and a half, and I don't know what to do. I need help please😭

oh one more thing…. I went into my password app and I decided to click on one of my logins and it was actually Dominos like the pizza place. Well when I clicked it there's three different logins with all different passwords so I don't even know which one is my actual login and obviously whoever did this is using certain things for different logins on different websites I don't know and I'm really done when it comes to all of this stuff like I honestly don't even understand really what a DNS is like I've never been into this stuff. I'm a fucking idiot when it comes to cyber digital tech awareness and security. I know I'm gonna get a lot of backlash for being such a fucking retard, but I'm stupid and I don't know what to do.
