NordVPN – error: Compression is not allowed, but compression option isn’t on FT

I followed NordVPN's official guide to set up with FreshTomato. I started the VPN client on FT, and got errors from the log. What do they mean? I don't even know where redirect-gateway and redirect-private are mentioned.

And for compression, yes I know the guide instructs me to disable compression from the Advanced tab, but the tab doesn't have this option.
