Nat type unavailable, can’t matchmaking in nightreign

I live in Egypt and I tried all solutions to fix my nat type to make it open but nothing work.

I tried port mapping, changing DNS and open upnp, I even get a static IP address from my ISP and tried all the solutions found online but nothing worked so far.

I'm playing elden ring nightreign and without nat type open I get matchmaking failed message.

Worth mention that my nat type was unavailable or switch between moderate and unavailable, never was open before.

Untill Xbox released Halo campaign evolved game and there was an outage, then when the servers back working my nat type changed to be OPEN by itself.

My matchmaking worked fine and sometimes it changes again but when I close my router and Xbox for 2 min, I get my nat type open again.

Until two weeks ago my nat type stopped working, even closing my router and Xbox doing nothing anymore.

I tried to consult with my ISP and Xbox support, but both of them saying the same which my ISP wants me to contact Xbox support and Xbox blame my ISP and find a solution from them.
