Should virtual VOSS work with Site Engine?

Trying to get an idea what Extreme Networks switch management looks like with Site Engine. I added Virtual VOSS images and created Site Engine VM, and I have the DHCP/DNS working and vms find the Site Engine installation. However they are stuck at ZTP+ Configuration Error, with event log saying "No bindings applied to device."

As I'm new to all things Extreme Networks I might be missing something trivial, though some youtube video just showed that I only need to create the site and admin password and that's pretty much it. Are there any howto's or some guides how to get this thing running if it is supported?
