Company 1:
Good: Domain you wanted
Bad: not sure of client base since it's a new firm (not sure of exposure), low pay, Saturdays working resulting in reduced exam prep time, only 12 paid leaves per year
Company 2:
Bad: Exposure in different domain (not the one you wanted)
Good: Reputed name & brand (better scope for transition), hybrid model (can prep better for exams), much higher pay
