Hi, ever since last night I’ve been tearing my hair out trying to figure out what’s wrong with my Ethernet connection.
I was just casually playing WoW with a friend when—BAM—it started slowing down. So I figured I’d do a standard restart to fix the problem, but it got worse, and now I’m stuck on the login screen.
I tested it with Heroes of the Storm—same problem. I tried downloading Arknight Endfield, but the launcher got stuck at 50 bits (?!). I tried a private WoW server—same problem as with the original.
I’ve restarted my router twice, my PC too—I even asked ChatGPT because I couldn’t find anything online, but that didn’t help either. I flushed my DNS, switched to my 5G connection (which works better), and tried a different Ethernet cable and port on my router.
However, I can watch YouTube and download from the internet without any issues at normal speeds.
So if you have any advice, suggestions, or anything else, I’d love to hear it
