Hi, I'm a third-year CS student based in Egypt, currently looking for remote work.
I have several years of hands-on experience across IT, infrastructure, software, and technical operations. I'm particularly interested in IT Support, Technical Support, Cloud Operations, Systems Administration, Technical Operations, and entry-level DevOps/infrastructure roles, but I'm also open to other technical or operations-focused work where my skill set would be useful.
What I bring:
• 18 months of professional experience in IT Support & Administrative Assistance.
• 3 months of professional experience as an SDR in a BPO.
• Linux & Windows Systems administration.
• VPS/server management and self-hosting.
• DNS, networking and firewall configuration.
• Docker and containerized deployments.
• PHP, Python, JavaScript, SQL (MySQL/MariaDB).
• Troubleshooting and technical support.
• CRM, customer communication and administrative work.
• OSINT and structured research/evidence logging.
• 130+ WPM typing speed.
• Strong ability to independently learn unfamiliar technologies from documentation.
I've also independently built and self-hosted a web platform for my university on my own VPS. It reached around 200 active users and 1,000+ unique visitors per week within the university community.
Outside of technical work, I was a student leader and committee representative for a student union representing a batch of approximately 1,500 students, giving me experience with coordination, communication, and handling responsibilities at scale.
I'm currently looking for remote, preferably long-term work.
Rate: $15/hour, negotiable depending on the role and responsibilities.
I'm open to:
• IT / Technical Support
• Cloud / Infrastructure Support
• Systems Administration
• Technical Operations
• SaaS / Application Support
• Entry-level Cloud / DevOps roles
• Technical Customer Support
• Research / Data / Administrative work
I'm happy to provide my CV, LinkedIn, GitHub, or additional information upon request.
