DNS issue with PiHole (possibly)

I have an old laptop with Debian running Pi-hole and recently it seems like the DNS has gone down, but I am unsure of how to fix this issue. I am able to ping 8.8.8.8, unable to ping google.com, able to ping other devices on my network, but unable to ping the Pi-hole server itself. The server is and has been powered on, and is plugged into the modem with Ethernet as usual. Running ipconfig says that the inet is the usual public IP and also lists the internal IP of 192.168.68.109. Additionally, enx00000000004f is up. Interestingly, the discord bot running on my other server is responding, and I can access a secondary Pi-Hole dashboard which is on the same server (but isn't showing in the dashboard that its being used). Putting 8.8.8.8 in the browser doesn't work, and of course neither does google.com.

Router is SBG6782 Arris, and the network is double-NAT with a TP Link mesh setup which the two servers are plugged into.

I'm not really sure how to go about this since I'm a beginner. Any help would appreciated!
