Buffer Problem and possible solution

For about two patches now, I've had a persistent buffering problem, and before you suggest trying Android VR and all that, I've already tried everything from the pinned posts. In my case, either the video takes forever to play or it buffers intermittently, loading a bit and then stopping. It became more noticeable two days ago; it was really annoying trying to watch anything until I saw someone comment that having the 1.1.1.1 app enabled fixed everything, and it did for me too

Before anyone tells me to manually change my DNS on my device, I've already done that and it's the same. The only thing that fixed the buffering issue was 1.1.1.1 warp. Obviously, it's not very efficient to have to activate that every time I want to watch a video, but it was that or get frustrated with the buffering.

That's why I wanted to know if anyone else has the same problem, or if anyone could tell me how to do it so I don't have to activate 1.1.1 every time I want to watch a video.
