- Networking, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP troubleshooting(Unifi,Sonicwall,Watchguard,CATO)
- RMM platforms-Connectwise/ScreenConnect, NinjaRMM,
- Endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, Sophos.
- Client support for End users,VIPs,Executives
- Documentation, SOP development, and process improvement
- Escalation support for complex infrastructure issues
