How to resolve this?

I've checked on Playstore that my device is compatible with this game still. I've checked my internet stability and the ping is considered excellent. I got plenty of storage spaces, especially given I just delete and reinstall the game. I've tried shifting between Wi-Fi ans mobile data. I've tried on multiple devices. I tried using VPN and DNS because once I managed to get through with them. Nothing works. Can someone give me a sure-fire way to resolve this issue? It annoys me to constantly see [4/7] 43 and then this failed to load thing over and over again no matter what I do.
