I caught the Ren'py virus ~20 hours ago through a sketchy download link and need help getting rid of it.
I have already:
Full scanned my pc twice with windows defender and norton to resolve all security risks
Ran 2 deep scans with windows defender and norton respectively
Flushed DNS
Changed passwords to all critical accounts and enabled 2FA
