ways to stream on xbox?

i have next to no technology knowledge so please be nice. i used to be able to stream from all kinds of sites on my xbox with just a few popups, no major issues. now its nearly impossible, endless popups and server problems.

i followed an old microsoft forum post and changed dns settings (apparently would block ads) but it doesn’t seem to have done anything.

is it just not possible on xbox anymore? any help is appreciated.
