Hi , i have a deviated septum and right maxillary sinus blockage , for which multiple ENTS and Pulmonologists as i am also diagnosed for sleep apnea have suggested to get the nose operated on for which i am strongly against albeit i have pressure on me to go through with it.
Both my CT scan and MRI states:
Rightward deviated septum dns with a septal spur causing impingement on the right middle and inferior nasal turbinates
Mri : Significantly deviated septum towards the right side with presence of a prominent bony spur abutting the right inferior turbinate bone.
Ct scan: Marked Right DNS with a septal spur causing impingement on the right middle and inferior turbinates.
My major concern is overtime if this septum keeps pushing into the turbinates will the turbinate break or cause nerve damage??? I am very concerned as it would mean , me simply doing nothing overtime will also cause ENS?
