Balance 3

I have a brand new Balance 3 for 1 week now. I am randomly not receiving messages, not forwarding my call notifications and so on. Tried all kinds of watchfaces, reset the watch, restarted watch, my phone, tried updating, but no updates available. Tried erasing watch from Zapp, and adding it again. Nothing works. Totally unreliable. When it works, from time to time, there is a huuuuge delay. The phone receives the message, and after 4-8 seconds the watch receives it. I use it with iOS, everything is set up like it should, not in DNS, not in sleep mode, no focus mode problem, all notifications are turned on on phone and watch. Background app refresh allowed. It drives me crazy! Please advise!
