How can I get my first Network L1 / NOC job as a fresher?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently learning CCNA and networking and looking for an entry-level Network L1 / NOC / Network Support job.

I have been practicing Cisco networking, subnetting, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, OSPF, and basic troubleshooting.

The main problem is that almost every job I find asks for 1–2 years of experience.

For those who started their networking career as a fresher, how did you get your first job?

• Which job titles should I search for?
• Are there companies that hire freshers for L1/NOC roles?
• Which skills should I focus on before applying?
• Is CCNA + hands-on lab practice enough to get an entry-level role?
