Hi all, I was able to clear the PfMP exam and get my PfMP certification, with AT in all domains. I wasn’t really hoping to get AT in all, just meet the target.
For preparation, I used IzenBridge, and honestly, I found their questions and the overall patterns pretty familiar on the actual exam. A lot of the concepts/question styles felt closer to what I had practiced there.
Out of curiosity, I also took two additional mocks from another provider. Personally, I don’t feel they added much value compared with what I had already done, but that’s just my experience.
One important tip I wanted to share because I couldn’t really find a clear answer to this beforehand:
I took two unscheduled breaks during the exam. I could leave, come back, and continue the exam, and I was still able to review all questions or any flagged questions afterward.
So if you are wondering whether to take a break, I would definitely recommend using it if you need one or more time. There is usually plenty of time available to answer the questions and then go back to review flagged questions.
And a funny moment at the end! the exam TA said, “Sorry, looks like they added an ‘F’ to your exam name,” not realizing that PfMP is its own exam/certification and isn’t the same as PMP. Made me laugh after all the stress of the exam.
Good luck to everyone preparing!
