What configuration limitations are present when installing Mullvad VPN on a Router ? Can I select ALL dns content blockers option?

I'd like to use the DNS content blocking option as offered in the Mullvad VPN windows app. Also, can I select obfuscation options to hide Wireguard? Thank you.
