How are you all doing shared accounts?

Has anyone here set up Proton for shared family/household email?

My partner and I want a shared address for stuff like mortgage, insurance, utilities, house-related accounts, etc., but we don’t really want to share a single login.

What I’m hoping for:

• separate Proton logins for each of us
• shared addresses like [home@ourdomain.com](mailto:home@ourdomain.com) or [ouraddress@pm.me](mailto:ouraddress@pm.me) (I know co-owning a domain name is it's own challenge)
• forwards emails to both of our personal accounts
• both of us able to manage/admin things
• no setup where one person is the single point of failure if they kick the bucket or lose access

I’ve been looking at Duo (from what I'm reading, provides only some of what we're looking for) vs Business/Workspace (potentially ticks all the boxes?), but I’m more interested in how people are actually doing this.
