Help rate my resume for IT

I'm working on transitioning into entry level IT so i know my resume probably doesn't apply much but I've shrunk this thing down from 3 or 4 pages depending on version to this but im not having much luck. I know the market is bad and I'm competing with college level grads but till now ive been fully self taught with no direction on how to get here. Any help / advise / tips would be appreciated.

The roles I'm targeting are Helpdesk, Desktop Support, and NOC Technician as of currently this resume just happened to be tailored for a NOC role i applied to but for the most part they all look like this.

The following was pulled from my master resume project experience in case it may help to be added.
