My business currently uses Name.com for web hosting and email hosting.
I'm a hell of a time getting any help with fixing a problem of our emails getting returned to senders and I'm considering changing email hosting. But I have a few questions.

Would changing email hosting reset any issues with DNS settings?

How would I prevent losing emails and folders? Our employees use Outlook so I believe their folders should be safe, right?

What steps should I follow to prevent any loss of older email files.

What provider is the best choice for a small business?

Is there anything else I should be worried about if I follow thru with this?
