1.00007 error

A couple of days ago, a problem appeared—and it happened right when all the servers went down for a while. I thought it was a general bug, but a few days later, I still can't log in.

The most absurd part is that I can't even log in on the official website to submit a support request.

Here's what I've already tried:

• Configured DNS, IPv4, and IPv6 settings from the help article.

For the Rockstar Games Launcher to work properly, the following ports need to be open:

Port 6672 (UDP)
Port 61455 (UDP)
Port 61457 (UDP)
Port 61456 (UDP)
Port 61458 (UDP)

IPv4:
Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4

IPv6:
Preferred DNS server: 2001:4860:4860::8888
Alternate DNS server: 2001:4860:4860::8844

• Uninstalled the launcher using Revo Uninstaller with registry cleanup
• Manually deleted any leftover folders
• Created a launcher.old file
• Switched the language to German

Nothing helps. At one point, while trying to get into GTA Online, it actually managed to load my profile. But when I went into story mode—nothing. Just empty.

When I try to launch GTA IV, it prompts me to sign in to the LIVE service (which gets skipped automatically), but then it asks me to register for the service. The 'Enter' button for registration simply doesn't work. The ESC key, however, does work and launches the game from scratch.

I haven't even tried launching RDR 2 at this point. On my computer, in the Documents folder, there are folders for each game, and they contain save files.

I'm currently in Vietnam. I hadn't had any issues for the 4 months I've been here. I've tried connecting through a VPN—it occasionally lets me log into the launcher, and it even detects the games on my computer through scanning. But it still doesn't load my save files.

What other options do i have?
