Hi everyone, Erisa here again with the Community team. Another day, another announcement! Today we’re announcing a new partnership with Control D for DNS filtering.
A common feature we’ve been asked for is better control over which internet destinations your devices can access, and for DNS level filtering. We’ve partnered with Control D to bring their DNS filtering directly to your tailnet. This allows you to filter traffic from your Tailscale nodes securely without running any extra software or hosting your own DNS filter.
You can set up your filtering rules in the Control D dashboard and apply them to any groups, tags, or devices in your tailnet using your Tailscale access control rules.
