Weird and specific bug with ping

When I play with my friends I'm always the leader because I have high ping. Something that's been happening for a while now is when I play with two specific friends my ping goes crazy, Is usually around 80-100 but when i play with them it goes to 140-160, it's awful, and… weird?? because it only happens when I play with those specific friends, the only thing that they have in common is that they are from Mexico, I tried asking my internet company, and emailed Epic but they both have no answer to what's happening, and Reddit is my last option we have no idea what's going on

When I play with my other friends it's fine, but when we made a trio with one of the two, the ping goes crazy

We tried changing to NA East to Central, to Brazil but the result is the same

There are some matches when it works normally, like for some reason it decides to work, no changes, just a different match

I tried reinstalling the game, the Ethernet drivers, changing cables, changing DNS, switching to WIFI and putting a different network, NOTHING works

i will attach 3 screenshots from the same day to show you what Im talking about, two of them show high ping, but the third one is normal ping, no changes made, just different matches.
