I found a few weird things Airtel does with IPv6: – Can't change DNS due to locked-down router – /64 subnets only. Why not /60? There is no shortage. – IPv6 address changes every time PPPoE reconnects. Why? Jio fiber allows ipv6 to persist across reboots. There is no reason to change it.
No reason for airtel to change allocated ipv6 addresses (other than pushing for static IPs) given how abundant v6 address space is.
Was anyone able to work around this?
