iPhone won’t let me access sensitive or adult websites

So today I tried accessing an adult site on my phone and the message (in Spanish) website not permitted: the access to the [] website is restricted. On both safari, chrome, DuckDuckGo, brave and Firefox both with and without logging in to google and etc.

Now there’s no restrictions put up by either my internet provider or iPhone, I’ve tried accessing these sites on other phones on the same WiFi or provider and were allowed in. I tried both data and two different WiFi connections and neither let me access the sites.

On google it tells me that safe search has been activated and shows me two different messages depending on how I access the settings. If I tried accessing a locked google search then go to change safe search or more info, it tells me “You do not have permission to change SafeSearch settings. It is blocked by the security settings applied to this browser.” But if I instead directly try to change the setting by simply looking up safe search settings it tells me it’s disabled. This happened on all three of my google accounts. Important to say that all three, as well as my apple account that is not linked to any other account or family software, know I’m an adult.

I’ve tried changing dns and using a vpn and it’s clear it’s a problem with the phone, I don’t have any restrictions put in the restriction setting. Any help knowing what I can do to fix this? Yesterday or a few days ago it was working just fine.

A note that I don’t know if is relevant is that I am not in my home country but I haven’t been in almost a month. Both countries are in the eu and I’ve been using roaming data.
