If VPNs and encrypted DNS can both be blocked, what’s actually left?

Feels like more networks are getting better at blocking VPNs, and now even things like encrypted DNS can get restricted too.

So what do people actually use when the usual stuff stops working? Obfuscated VPNs, Tor, residential IPs, decentralized networks, or something else?

Just curious what’s actually working for people in the real world these days.
