Where domain hunters compare notes

Built my way into IT without a traditional IT degree — how does my CV look?

Hey everyone!

I’m currently looking for feedback on my one-page CV for Junior IT Support / Helpdesk Tier 1–2 roles in Italy. My background includes hands-on experience and lab work with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, and Linux administration, along with general troubleshooting and user support.

I’d especially appreciate feedback from people working in IT or hiring in Italy:

Is the CV clear and easy to scan?

Does it present my experience realistically for a junior role?

Is there anything that looks unnecessary or is missing?

What would you change to make it stronger for entry-level IT positions?

Any honest feedback is welcome. Thanks!
