Social window + multiplayer games/modes not working

Hi, every time press on the friends icon on the launcher, this window pops up. I've also had the problem of Fortnite not working, where it says "Login timed out" every time I launch it. Also in Ready or Not, when I launch the game, the single player mode works perfectly fine but whenever I check multiplayer, it is stuck on "Authenticating to epic servers" or something along those lines. I am assuming they are all linked together. I've tried many methods such as uninstalling and reinstalling EOS, something to do with clearing a cache and also something to do with DNS. Nothing has worked and I'm wondering if anyone knows what's wrong or has a fix for it. Any help/assistance would be appreciated
