Whenever I try to call my friend on Steam, the call rings once but fails to connect, and the call doesn't even reach my friend. Additionally, my voice doesn't transmit within Counter-Strike 2, and the messages I type in chat don't go through to anyone. We managed to connect a call once by spamming the call button; while my voice was transmitting in-game, my friend's voice was delayed by three seconds. I’ve tried restarting my modem, computer, and DNS settings; I changed my DNS, ran `ipconfig /flushdns`, and closed applications like Kaspersky and Radmin VPN, but nothing worked.
