I didn’t realize how much information my browser can leak

I have always thought that if you change your IP using a proxy or VPN, that’s basically it. Recently I decided to actually test it instead of just assuming everything was hidden. I came across NodeMaven’s free WebRTC Leak Test and DNS Leak Test and decided to play around with them. What surprised me is that changing your IP doesn’t necessarily mean that other information is hidden too. DNS and WebRTC can behave differently depending on your browser and network setup.
