Someone explain to me how Reddit app shows ad based on other devices in my home’s activity

Yesterday, I played world of tanks on a PS5, and today I’m seeing World of Tanks ads on iOS Reddit app.
I never ever searched for world of tanks on my phone and I also use brave browser with anti tracking settings, plus AdGuard app. My ubiquiti router also uses some filtering DNS servers. I refuse to believe this is a coincidence.
