Looking for alternative to managing google workspace for a business

I’m comparing a few options for managing Google Workspace for a small business and wanted to hear what others are using.

The main things I’m looking for are easy business email setup, domain and DNS configuration, mailbox management, and help with things like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Migration support would also be useful since moving existing accounts can be a bit of a headache.

For anyone managing Workspace for a business, do you normally handle everything directly through Google, or use a reseller/third party provider?

What has worked well for you, and what should I watch out for when choosing one?
