Resume advice on escaping the helpdesk?

For context, I’m about to finish up my first year in IT (unless you count my technical sales experience) as a Level 2 Helpdesk Engineer at an MSP.

I was looking to get some pointers on my resume. I’m really trying to tailor it to security roles, specifically IAM. I have tailored resumes for most roles I try to apply to. Thus far, I've applied to about 70 roles and have gotten 2 1st-round interviews and 2 automated screenings.

The only issue that comes to mind that I may have is my lack of experience. Vast majority of roles I am seeing want 3-5 years which is obviously an issue in today's market. Does anyone have any other recommendations or suggestions I can implement?
