PS5 shuts down approx 20-30 secs after running exploit

Please help!

I'm on 11.60 and was using the webkit exploit. Everything was running beautifully and I had a really stable console. Then in my wisdom I tried to change over to the Y2JB just to check it out – then the problems started. I used the Y2 installer as outlined in MW latest video – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ciuKNY7T7w

Obviously I did something wrong and now I just want to go back to how it was before. I cleared the cache and cookies, managed to FTP in and remove the y2jb-installer and pldmgr folders but everytime I run the jailbreak (using DNS 45.56.67.85), the console completely shuts down with error CE-108262-9 (checked after starting again). The console is stable before running the JB.

What have I done and how do I fix it? Hopefully I don't have to reset the console.
