💨 Quick Summary
This month’s AnKing Step Deck update includes 41,500+ note updates, new tags for TrueLearn Step 2, UWorld Step 1 QIDs, OBGYN CMS Forms 9 & 10, Surgery CMS Form 9, and 10 major medical textbooks.
We’ve also added brand-new cards covering topics like large local reactions and the POTTER mnemonic, with more new UWorld-focused content in development, including Lp(a), CPAP humidification, and gambling disorder. The deck also received new Skin of Color images, Sketchy review cards, custom illustrations, and animations.
This month, we’re also recruiting volunteers for the AnKing ABIM Deck, which has been in development since April 2026 with AnKing-style cards, custom illustrations, and tagging to MKSAP, AMBOSS, and UWorld ABIM. We highlight our top community contributors, showcase the illustration process behind the deck, and tease a new free project launching in the next 1–2 weeks👀

🥼 AnKing ABIM Deck Outreach
The AnKing ABIM Deck has been in development since April 2026, with AnKing Step Deck maintainers working to build a high-quality, comprehensive resource for ABIM preparation.
A ton of progress has already been made, and we’re now looking for additional volunteers to help ramp up our efforts.
The deck features:
- AnKing-style cloze cards built to the same quality standards as the AnKing Step Deck
- Existing AnKing illustrations, along with new custom illustrations being created specifically for the ABIM deck
- Detailed tagging to MKSAP, AMBOSS, and UWorld ABIM to make it easy to use alongside your study resources
- A structured review process to help ensure cards are accurate, authentic, and high quality
- Links to relevant studies and references for those who want to explore topics in greater depth
We’ll be selecting a few community members who reach out to join the team. Please only reach out if you’re genuinely interested and able to dedicate time to creating, improving, and vetting cards.
