HOW’s the jobs market there ? in SG.

Hey everyone,

I’m currently looking for a Junior DevOps / Cloud Engineer role in Singapore (SG) and I’m open to relocating.

A bit about me:

• ~1 year of DevOps internship experience
• ~1 year of freelance experience
• Hands-on with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring, etc.

Why Singapore?

The local market has been pretty rough for me so far, with a lot of emphasis on referrals and some very low offers for junior roles. I was recently offered less than the equivalent of SGD 239/month for a junior position, which made me seriously consider looking internationally.

I’ve heard good things about Singapore’s tech ecosystem, and I’d genuinely like to build my career there if I can find the right opportunity.
