Am I the only one having severe asset loading failures as of today?

I was NOT having these issues earlier, I can't find anyone online across the entire web mentioning having issues, nor do my friends have answers. I've reinstalled wiped cash and regedit flushed dns and reset my PC twice and it still won't load anything. From model parts to textures to assets and even icon and menu PNGs.
