Sometimes you can open the app (pc/mobile) but it doesn’t load the chart page showing blank it could cause by dns problem. You can check this by changing from WiFi to cellular on mobile app and if it work after switching then it’s the dns problem. Fix by changing dns from auto to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8. You can look up how to do that online.
